Partner With Us

Healthcare workers carry the system. Help us carry them..

We work with hospitals, universities, companies, funders and specialists who believe that caring for healthcare workers is the most direct way to improve care for patients. Whether you want to support your own staff or invest in the wider workforce, there is a place for you here.

Why it matters

Why Partnering on Healthcare Worker Wellbeing Matters

Doctors, nurses and hospital staff in Pakistan work long hours under heavy patient loads, often with little support for the strain that comes with the job. The cost shows up everywhere: burnout, absenteeism, staff leaving the profession or the country, and patient care that suffers as a result.

No single organisation can fix this alone. Hospitals need practical programmes. Healthcare workers need safe spaces. Programmes need funding, venues and specialist input. Partnership brings these pieces together.
